From day one, Arshad built his Real Estate career upon honesty, integrity, and transparency. He has achieved an exceptional reputation in the Real Estate industry for his knowledge and experiences, with a focus on building long lasting client relationships. Known for his outstanding work ethic, accomplishments, and knowledge, Arshad has helped hundreds of buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the GTA. Prior to his career in Real Estate, Arshad was a Six Sigma Green Belt Certified professional, spending 10 years in Supply Chain Management where he implemented strategies that significantly reduced company cost. He later moved into Corporate Finance, as a Global AR/Billing Analyst within two large multinational corporations. There, he successfully implemented and developed the EDI process, improving company cash flow, liquidity, and collection terms.

His strong analytical and financial background, coupled with his knowledge of the Real Estate market allows him to assess market trends, investment opportunities, and strategic negotiations with a keen eye for detail.
